Start searching eight weeks before moving. Increase the area and type, you can find a matching home for you and your pet. If your landlord is okay with the dog but needs some influence, you can apply tricks. Provide the medical details of your dog to the landlord.
Provide him with your vet number and reference for your dog’s nature so that landlord is rest-assured about the non-damage to the property.
Take a consent letter from the landlord regarding no issue for dogs. Your landlord may turn down within a month if any situation occurs regarding your pet. If you have the no-objection certificate from the landlord, you can file a case against your landlord in court.
