Ball Dogs Winning The Hearts Of Everyone At The Brazil Open 2018

The ATP Brasil Open tennis tournament in Sao Paulo on Saturday 3rd March, employed six dogs as ball persons for an exhibition match for the third straight year. Bobby, Duda, Gabriel, Kika, Mel, and Thor from the team of “ball dogs” have won the heart of the public. They entered the court with tennis players to catch balls. There are several things common in six dogs. They are waiting for a forever home after a history of abandonment. The event serves to support the cause of adopting abandoned dogs in search of adopters through a cheerful approach. They can be joyful companions in the future. The dogs, trained to fetch balls and return to the net post, currently live at an NGO called ‘United Paws’.
