Dog Interrupts Football Match To Demand Belly Rubs

Recently, a stray dog interrupted a football match, held in Georgia between FC Dila and Torpedo Kutaisi on 7 October 2018.

During the match, the black dog ran onto the pitch and treated the field as a giant dog park. The friendly dog went up to players and demanded belly rubs from the goalkeeper. Enjoy

The players tried their best to deal with the troublesome pitch invader but were having little luck.

Eventually, the dog was led off the field and back into the stands. The play was able to resume without any further unscheduled interruptions.

According to the Associated Press, the dog was a stray. And judging from the vaccination tag on the ear, she probably was among the 50,000-plus stray dogs in Georgia.
