Couple in Tennessee Wake Up to Find a Stranger Dog in their Bed

A couple in Tennessee recently woke up only to find a friendly dog in their bed. They soon realized that it was not their dog in the bed, much to their surprise.

Jimmy and Julie live in Ocoee, Tennessee, with their three dogs. This was an unusual situation for them to wake up with a dog in their bed. Nothing seemed amiss when they woke up on May 1 with a dog in their bed, but they soon realized it was not one of their own.

Julie posted a photo of the mystery dog and the caption, “This is the weirdest post I have ever had to make. Is this your dog? It is normal to wake up in our house with one of OUR dogs in the bed. One small problem, THIS IS NOT OUR DOG, nor do we know how she got into our house. At first, we thought it was one of ours, but they rarely lay on the pillows! In pitch darkness, I just assumed it was. Wouldn’t we all? As daylight began to creep in through our curtains, we realized we were snuggling with someone else’s dog.”

After the post, Julie learned that the dog’s name was Nala, and she lived almost two miles away. Although Julie’s first reaction when she woke up was a bit concerning, she soon realized Nala is just a big teddy bear.
