Newark Showground will host the “All About Dogs” Show where dog lovers can enjoy a weekend of canine fun.
Back for its sixth year, the event will be taking place on Saturday April 21 and Sunday April 22 and will celebrate all man’s best friend has to offer.
Featuring a variety of events, the programme will showcase arena displays, demonstrations, activities and family entertainment as well as shopping opportunities and expert dog advice.
This year the show will be welcoming Britain’s Got Talent 2016 finalists Trip Hazard to the Main Stage. Lucy Heath and her tiny companion Trip Hazard will treat audiences to fun performances and moves that you might recognise from the popular ITV show.
All About Dogs Director Matt Upson said:
“The festival’s popularity is growing every year and we are always looking at new ways to entertain and delight our visitors. We see the shows as really fun family events and, of course, that definitely includes the doggy family members. Our aim is to deliver a spectacular, feel good day out for both our two and four legged visitors and to offer them something unique they wouldn’t get at a traditional dog show event.”
The weekend event consists of dog shows from the cutest pup, best rescue, talent shows and even waggiest tail.
The Main Stage will host a number of interactive talks and demonstrations as well as live performances.
All About Dogs is a family event, with fun and entertainment for all ages. The Children’s Fun Zone includes inflatables, fairground rides and more.
Doors open at 9.30 am and close at 5 pm. There’s free parking and dog lovers can save up to 50 percent on tickets by using the promotional code ‘DOG’ if they book online.
