Meet 9 Stylish Dogs at The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show 2023

The American dog show, the Westminster Kennel Club Show, was held on Tuesday, May 9. You may call it The Met Gala for dogs. In this show, you can witness adventurous fashion moments among our four-legged friends. However, the difference is that they can turn into unique looks with clothes or accessories.

Not an expert, but we can still recognize charisma when we observe it.

The most absorbent, Addie the Komondor, impressed everyone at Artur Ashe Stadium with its thick cord-like hair. This unique look made this dog stand out in the crowd. Its long, white, thick hair covered her eyes, legs, and body.

Rummie the Pekingese

Rummie the Pekingese, the cutest dog you have ever seen. It won second place in its category. But when you see it is tough to tell if there is any dog under these hairs. Its hairs were long and smooth. Rummie, the Pekingese’s owner, called him “Rum Dum,” a great name, right? Rum Dum enticed the audience with his unusual look.

Lepshi, the Bracco Italiano, is the first winner who won the title of champion in the Westminster Dog Show. It is co-owned by famous country singer and actor Tim McGraw. With its caramel-colored coat, Lepshi might appear at the Country Music Awards or inspire a song by Taylor Swift.

Zaida, the Afghan Hound

The most luxurious hair in the competition title went to Zaida, an Afghan Hound. The audience wondered if the dog groomers used a Dyson AirWrap to style its beautiful face-framing layers.

Winston the French Bulldog

Winston was the runner-up in last year’s competition, and this dog is back to the competition with wide-set eyes and perky ears. However, it seemed friendly with its mushy smile. But the dog was determined to win the title someday.

Monty the Giant Schnauzer

Monty, a Giant Schnauzer, won the working group. It had a handlebar mustache and a long, pointy black beard that compared to a goat’s. Its bushy eyebrows swept over its eyes like an emo kid’s bangs, and its stubby tail was held high as it strolled around the stadium with perfect posture.

Neverland the Bichon Frisé

Neverland, a Bichon Frisé, won fourth place in the non-sporting group. Don’t get fooled by its small size; this dog was a power pack. It resonated with the suds on top of a bubble bath.

This poodle’s fur was flawlessly styled, rebelling gravity and looking like a work of art.

This dog reminded us of a popular meme account from downtown. After the show, we might see this dog making fun of people who drink espresso martinis in Dimes Square.
