About Boston Terrier
The Boston Terrier is the medium purebred that is known for being playful, lively, intelligent, gentle, friendly, aggressive, and affectionate. The most common colors for Boston Terriers are white, brown, and black. To keep the dog healthy, you need to make it exercise regularly.
The Boston Terrier commonly participated in competitive obedience and agility. The history of the breed dates back to the nineteenth century when these dogs were known as Coquetdale or the Reedwater Terrier, after the places where these dogs were first used.
Now, the breed is known to be the Border Terrier because the area is either side of the Cheviot Hills, known as the Border country, or the area between Scotland and England. The farmers rely on the wild game and sheep for their food sources, and the two major problems to their subsistence were vermin and foxes.
