Ukrainian Dog Sniffs Out Russian Explosives

Ukraine war is full of brave tales, and it is not just about humans but also includes animals too can be seen doing their bit to save the locals from advancing Russian soldiers. A two-year-old ‘Patron’ is a Jack Russell Terrier dog who has become a hero for sniffing out dangerous explosives around Ukraine.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) posted a video of’ Patron’ on Facebook. It mentioned the dog clearing up about 90 explosive devices.

The video posted on Facebook by SES in the march has a long caption translated to, “News from Patron! Our militant dog – the mascot of Chernihiv pyrotechnicians continues to serve! Since the beginning of the war, he and SES sappers have cleared almost 90 explosive devices. Thank you, my friend, for your tireless work!”

Jack Russell Terrier is a dog breed developed initially in England 200 years ago for hunting foxes. ‘Patron’ also became popular on social media in a very short time.
