BBC Reporter Once Again Interrupted by Dog on Live TV – Watch

In a continuation of surprising and entertaining live TV moments, BBC weather reporter Carol Kirkwood found herself again at the center of attention as a dog pulled her away during a live broadcast. It marked the second occurrence of such an incident for the reporter.

Following a weather forecast at Wimbledon, Kirkwood had a search dog by her side. Commenting on the dog’s well-behaved nature, the reporter suddenly found herself being dragged away as the dog sprinted off with a tennis ball in its mouth.

In a lighthearted response, Kirkwood humorously remarked, “It’s the Chelsea Flower Show all over again,” referring to a previous incident in 2021 when a guide dog pulled her to the ground during a live report on the weather at the garden show. The media house shared the video with the caption, “‘It’s happened again…’ Search dog Wraith got the better of Carol as he joined her for the weather forecast on #BBCBreakfast.”

The video quickly gained traction on Twitter, amassing over 11 lakh (1.1 million) views and numerous comments from amused viewers. One user found the situation amusing but expressed concern, writing, “That’s actually so funny, hope Carol is okay tho lmao.” Another user playfully noted, “He literally turned her into a dog for a few seconds. Bless her.” A third user jokingly remarked, “Carol never learns.”

Meanwhile, a fourth comment expressed appreciation, stating, “Wonderful. This lovely Team always puts a smile on my face. Much needed, thank you.”

The incident served as a memorable addition to the reporter’s history, as in 2021, Kirkwood was also pulled to the ground by her guide dog during another live broadcast. The video captured Kirkwood holding onto the Labrador’s leash, only for the dog to suddenly take off, causing the reporter to fall face-first in front of the camera just as she signed off.
