A Dog Failed 3 Times to Get a Forever Home In New York

Niagara Falls, New York – Ralphie, a one-year-old French bulldog weighing 26 pounds, lives in a New York shelter as “a terror in a somewhat small package.”.

He was returned this week after another failed adoption.

In a Facebook post, the Niagara SPCA said he “proved to be more than she could handle,” and that is why he got back to the shelter two weeks later.

He went viral a few weeks ago in an ad given by the shelter, stating that “wrath will ensue.”

After the unsuccessful training, Ralphie’s initial family found a new home for him.

His second home didn’t take after that family said Ralphie “annoyed” their older dog.

After the failure of his third adoption, the shelter has opted for a six-week boarding or training program for Ralphie.

Ralphie is still searching for a forever home where he can be the perfect fit. The shelter suggests adopters consider his bite history and avoid adopting him in a home with children or other pets.

Those who think Ralphie can be a good fit for your family can send a letter of interest or “dog experience resume” to [email protected].
