This heartwarming rescue unfolded thanks to a citizen’s proactive response that prompted the Sahrudaya Foundation to rally support from MAUD Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar.
The distressed canine, plagued by a range of health issues, including lesions, ligament tears, and severe malnourishment, was initially spotted by a compassionate citizen. Recognizing the situation’s urgency, the Sahrudaya Foundation swiftly contacted Arvind Kumar for assistance.
