A woman named Shelly Nicole Vaughn threw her boyfriend’s dog (a pet pug) off a seventh-floor balcony.
The boyfriend named Eric Adeson, stated that he was traumatized after the incident. He was horrified and started screaming when his girlfriend threw Bucky off the balcony.
The couple had been drinking alcohol, smoking cannabis, and taking prescription drugs during the time when they got in an argument, during which the woman threw the boyfriend’s mobile phone, keys, and the dog off the balcony.
The dog died on impact as it fell on the parking lot. Adeson got Bucky to support his other dog Sandy, who was going thru cancer treatment. Luckily Sandy was not harmed during the incident.
The woman is now facing animal cruelty, criminal mischief, and domestic battery charges. Eric Adeson has also filed a civil lawsuit worth USD 30,000 in damages and has also filed for a restraining order against her.
Adeson has stated that he is focused on getting justice for his poor pet dog, who got killed during this incident.
