Mission Possible Pet Adoption
Mission Possible Pet Adoption is a dedicated group of animal lovers. Active for years now, they have given assistance, time, vitality, affection, and funds for the root cause of saving the lives of dogs. Most dogs are strays and are from the streets of Pune, rescued from sewerage, and garbage, thrown to expire.
The group has been doing well saving these innocent lives. Hundreds of dogs and small pups who pass through unbearable, unbelievable, unthinkable cruelty are getting saved by them. Apart from the stray dogs, they rescued several injured and disabled dogs due to road accidents.
Dogs abandoned by the owner and rejected by the breeder are rescued too. Hundreds of fortunate pups are born in their shelter. They run programs like vaccination, birth control, medication. They arrange loving and caring families for adaptation. They have a good reputation for never returning the dog to the street again.
They have more than 1300 dogs adopted over two different states, like Karnataka and Maharashtra. Their motto is to reach more and far away to rescue helpless dogs from the mean and ruthless owner. RESQ Center
RESQ center came into force in 2007 to reduce dog suffering and minimize the human-dog conflict by medical aid, rescue, and rehabilitation. They also arrange awareness and educational programs to make peaceful existence between animals and humans.

SPCA Pune
SPCA is at Katad Khana in Bhavani Peth. It is one of the oldest non-profit organizations and rescue shelters. Besides the rescue activities, they also conduct vaccination, sterilization, and medical facilities for the dogs.
They are tied up with many colleges to provide training for an internship to the young veterinary. If you hear about any animal abuse, please call them immediately. Bodhisattva Pune
For thousands of years, people and dogs existed and evolved together. We are scared of the unknown. Many of us are afraid of dogs since we don’t know them. Long co-existence over the years minimizes this and interaction increases. Bodhisattva foundation’s primary aim is to end dogs’ agony by boosting them from illness and misery through various activities and campaigns.
They drive the reflective collar campaign, which is in collaboration with Moto paws to put reflective collars on many street dogs. They participate in volunteering and monitoring the birth control program in association with the Pune Municipal Department. They drive private sterilization programs separately with doctors and private bodies.
They organized a campaign with Ramona Jadhav and ‘Pet Voices’ support in the adaptation camp. They also participate in monthly adoption camps held in various areas. They organize petting farms on children’s birthdays which help in increasing bonding between children and dogs. Bodhisattva raised funds on Facebook to vaccinate street pups with 7in1 vaccinations to safeguard them from various illnesses and contaminations.

Blue Cross Society of Pune
Blue Cross Society of Pune is an animal welfare organization started in 2016. They are treating injured and abandoned dogs. Frequently, they organize sterilization drives. They can carry out minor surgery, vaccination clinic, IPD, OPD, and have shelter and boarding for dogs.
They have a well-built facility infrastructure with good veterinary doctors and attendants. For the injured dog transportation, they got three vehicles. They also organize birth control programs. They also arrange awareness for the adaptation of stray dogs and homeless pets.

Karma Foundation
Karma foundation engaged in free-of-cost medical attention to stray dogs with highly-skilled, ethical, and advanced facilities. They have ICU, OT, and OPD for abandoned and stray dogs. They are fighting against cruelty, starvation, illness, and accident against helpless animals.
